Short bio
Theon Bower is a London-based DJ, producer and instrumentalist. His productions snake between the soulful end of house and heavier trance and progressive cuts, released on his own Swung Out Records as well as The Disco Express, Midnight Riot and Rare Wiri, with his first Toy Tonics EP due in November 2026.
Behind the decks he has played fabric, The Cause, Night Tales, Corsica Studios, Pickle Factory and Boiler Room, and supported Groove Armada, Crazy P, Dusky, Horse Meat Disco, MJ Cole and Orbital. He co-founded House of Jung, owns the events brand Fever 105 and launches the Pitchrider podcast in 2026.

- 2x Pioneer CDJ-3000s or newer, linked, checked and with cue buttons in good working order
- Mixer, in order of preference: 1x AT Euphonia, ISO420, Pioneer V10 or A9. No A&H Xone mixers please.
- 2x booth monitors with ample headroom, placed at head height either side of the decks
- 1x small table near the decks for records, and a lamp where possible
- 1x spare plug socket within 1.5m of the mixer
- Please make sure the DJ riser or booth is covered below waist height, so the crowd can't see the bottom half of the artist.
If playing vinyl
Please check with Theon whether he will be playing vinyl records in good time ahead of the show. If he plans to, he will also need the following, on top of everything above.
- 2x Technics 1210, balanced, anti-skate dialled in, and fully tested with needles supplied, installed and sound checked at full system volume before arrival
- Vibration isolation and feedback adequately addressed
- The sound technician supplying the above must be highly experienced working with vinyl turntables
- Turntables placed closest to the mixer, with CDJs on the outside if possible
Hospitality rider
- 2x cans TRIP CBD drink or similar
- 4x alcohol-free or low-alc beers
- 1x Red Bull Sugar-Free
- Lots of sparkling water or soda water
- Fresh cut limes or lemons
- Lots of ice
- 1x small clean hand towel
